Pacific Warriors U15 rugby league side prepares for another exciting showdown in the final day of the Port Vila Rugby League Icon Reeves 9s tournament at Korman tomorrow.

The Warriors who are currently filling in two teams for the two days tourney are excited in ending the day on a high note.

Team captain Frederick Dansey said; “ Our team bonding is really good and the boys we always have fun at training.

“The first round of nine’s tournament last Saturday was tough and challenging, we really had a tough game against Ifira.

“We have high respect for Ifira as traditional champions.”

Dansey also stated there were few learnings they took out from last Saturday’s match as they want to improve this Saturday.

“We need to improve our kicking game and defence, we know Ifira is not an easy team to beat but we have to work hard,” he added.

The Icon Reeves 9s tournament kicks off at 8:45am this Saturday.
