SHEFA dominated 800 metres athletics final after day one of the Vanuatu National School Games at Wilkins Stadium yesterday.
A total of seven events were completed on day one of Athletics competition yesterday which included long jump, 100m heats, javelin, shot put, 800m final and 400m which will be completed today.
Speaking to this newspaper from Malekula yesterday, Jansen Molisingi mentioned few teething issues on the opening day.
“We had few issue on regulation on the opening day where PENAMA and SANMA were late with their long list entry which should finalise the confirmed start list.
“We let the teachers run the competition on day one and we will take over from day number 2,” Molisingi said.
