Pacific Libraries Summit: Public Libraries for Sustainable Development

The stage is set for a major gathering of key library stakeholders, leaders, practitioners, innovators and supporters representing governments, NGO’s, regional and international aid agencies, embassies, libraries and archives from across the Pacific to be held Friday 1 June in Suva, Fiji.

Together they will explore and progress opportunities for utilising the power of libraries to help deliver the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), as detailed in the United Nation’s Transforming our World: the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development adopted by the United Nations Assembly in September 2015.
