Imagine sitting with your toes in the sand and crystal waters nearby and enjoying a fantastic meal with the locals under tropical coconut palms facing another island. Even the distance does not stop Leumerus Bungalows at Sola on Vanualava island in Torba Province to produce a great restaurant specialty of fresh lobster stuffed with local vegetables dipped with fresh breadfruit and kumala chips. Can’t find this in Port Vila.
