 I am calling for an urgent internal investigation by the Vanuatu Police Force into Luganville Traffic Section (LTS). Issues at question are 1) issuance of Driving Licenses bypassing legal procedures by LTS officers; 2) Traffic spot fines are often paid directly to LTS officers never accounted for in national treasury; 3) Issuance of Driving Licenses & public transport permits to under age applicants; 4. Favoritsm to VPF officers who own vehicles with no insurance, no road tax, no lights etc. Please do something, our lives are at risk... Ta! Observer
