What kind of service is TVL providing?
I would like to take advantage of this space to ask TVL what kind of "service" they think they are providing.
Since January my internet connection is intermittent at best and almost non-existent in the evenings when I work.
This evening for example it is not even possible to access Google, let alone the Bastien Foundation website which I have been trying to update for the past month.
Every time I complain - which is about once a week - I have had people (from TVL) calling me up saying they are "checking" the line - with no apparent improvement over time (i.e. improvement lasts about 2 days at best)
I never had these problems last year or the years before that.
It is my bad luck that I am in an area where there are no alternatives, if there were I would not be writing this letter.
It is also my impression that I am not alone in this predicament.
