VNPF Human Resource Adviser

Dear Editor,

Very interesting the letters being sent by Veronica McCoy to DP as Human Resource Adviser to the VNPF. She talks about working in Vila acting as a consultant and training VNPF staff. She defends processes followed by the VNPF to hire its officers.

Can we ask her the following questions to see if processes have been followed?
•Is it true she enters Vanuatu on a tourist visa as she has no Business license or Work Permit?
•What is her VIPA status?
•Has the PM’s or Foreign Affairs Office ever cleared her appointment by the VNPF as a Technical Adviser?
•Has the VNPF ever done this through the right channels?
•If she is taking courses and handing out certificates for VNPF staff, has she been approved by the VNTC as a registered trainer?
•Does she have VNTC approval as a registered training organization in Vanuatu?
•Have her materials been accredited by VNTC?

Signed,

The Sceptic
