Propose Candidate for Sanma Rural to run under the Green ticket for the coming General election, Arnold Prasad, has responded positively to the request of the people around Sanma Province.

These materials donated were in line with the party’s aim to promote sustainable development through renewable energy.
The materials donated were solar lights for over 10 local people around Sanma Province. The donation was part of the donation and similar donation will be made in the coming weeks before September.

Proposed candidate Prasad said the funding made came only from the party through a secured funding preserved by the Party when he entered parliament back in 2008. Out from that funding the party was able to purchase all the solar lightings to help its supporters.
Prasad is not new to politics has he was formerly a minister of state before he was voted out in the last general election of 2008. He is confident to secure a seat for this coming general election.

Prasad confirmed to his sub-committees that everybody who gave their request will receive what they want. He said the party and himself cannot give everybody what they want at the same time, but he assured his supporters that before September everybody should received what they have requested.

With a token of appreciation the supporters in return made a ceremony to the proposed candidate to maintain their relationship until election. A pig, mat and taro was then handed to him and his wife.
The ceremony was witnessed by Luganville Green supporters.
