 I will name the dirtiest places in Port Vila. 
1) OHLEN AREA
The whole of Ohlen area, really dirty and it stinks, dirty yards, bushy, really muddy, dirty houses, low standards of living, dirty roads, littering all over the place, dirty nakamals, road markets ( worst places to be), dirty toilets and bathrooms, total awful!
2) SIMBOLO AREA
Same as Ohlen area, really worst places to be in Vila town really!
3) SEVEN STAR AND ACATIS
4) MAN PLES AREA

During the course of history, monarchies have evolved into republics or democracies. 
During this process, the past of each nation state has affected the political institutions that were created. 
These institutions and political culture have led to the emergence of different systems of administration and government. These systems can be classified into three types: the parliamentary system (Great Britain), the presidential system (United States) and the semi-presidential system (France).

One thing crews on the fleet of traditional sailing canoes retracing the voyages of our ancestor across the pacific dread is still and calm. Without wind, they drift aimlessly. But as soon as the winds fill their sailsand intensify into strong gale force winds, the canoes are literally lifted off the ocean surface and skid above the crests of the waves as if flying.

When the scientists of the seventeen and eighteen hundreds first discovered that an electric current could be generated and sent along a wire to produce light, heat and energy they could never have dreamed how almost the entire world would become dependent on their inventions. Or how much power those doing the generating and legislating of it would come to have over consumers of it.
These past couple of weeks have seen some remarkable electricity related power plays both overseas and here in Vanuatu whose losers are, or will be, the consumer.

Since the financial crash of 2008, and more recently the Eurozone crisis that is plaguing the EU, smart minds have been looking for ways to protect their money.

It is fair to say that there are two things the world cannot live without, one being oil and the other being the transport of goods; knowing this, it would make sense to leverage these industries to preserve your capital, while still having the opportunity to generate returns.

 OPERATINGRESULTS
For the year ended 31 December 2011, the Fund recorded an operating gain of Vt913 million and operating expenses of Vt436 million. However, excluding the effects of a one-off item, being exchange loss on the Fund’s offshore investments of Vt2 million, the Fund achieved an operating gain of Vt475 million from its normal operations.
FUND GROWTH

A relative of the young man that died at a soccer match on Ambae during the country’s Independence celebration has raised concerns over the loss of the young boy and said medical people should be a priority for all independence celebration especially during sports competitions.
Vuhu said relatives of the boy in Luganville were very sad to hear that he died during a football match.
He said the question now boils down to who will be responsible for this death?
