Last week in Port Vila, from May 23 to 27, 13 participants from the departments of Environmental Protection and Conservation, Port Vila Municipal Council, Sanma Provincial Government, Tafea Provincial Government, and students from USP and Malapoa Collage attended an important training for Trainers and Practitioners of Solid Waste Characterization Study (SWCS) jointly organised by the Department of Environment & Conservation and JICA.

The cries of the civil societies, the grassroots and the rural communities and the general public are heard everywhere.
