Dear Editor
I am very frustrated and completely sick and tired of having to call TVL & DIGICEL customer lines only to be greeted by boring pre-recorded voices for 3 seconds or more ,then the line just drops dead because either there is inadequate shortage of staff, ignorance, busy trunk lines or people aren’t doing their jobs properly.
Customers aren’t interested in hearing robots on the line. We call because we want quick efficient service. Half the day your lines are unreachable and that is infuriating for people like me who are always up and on the go.
Talk about modern technology well you’ve both gone and mucked it up by providing very poor Customer Care service. Your Customer Care service delivery is lacking and I and so many others whom I know of, are complaining through heated nostrils wondering what the hell is going on in there.
Today like any other day, I have tried more than ten times to call your Customer Service and I finally got through three hours later to TVL. That was when a sweet little mouse got out from her hole and answered me. DIGICEL …….well as usual I just couldn’t be bothered. Now that there is a new Telecommunication company cropping up, I hope by God that they better have great Customer Care compared to the ones we’re getting now.
And please let’s hope they don’t hire snails.
